Product characteristics
1. Service life: Compared to traditional UV curing equipment, the service life of the mercury lamp is only 800-3000 hours, while the service life of the UV LED UV curing system can reach 20000-50000 hours. The LED method can only light up instantly when ultraviolet light is needed, and the service life of the LED method is equivalent to 30-60 times that of the mercury lamp method, reducing the cost of lamp replacement, improving production efficiency, and also being very energy-saving. However, the traditional mercury lamp curing equipment must be continuously lit during operation due to the slow start-up and on-off effects of the mercury lamp, resulting in unnecessary power consumption and shortening the working life of the mercury lamp.
2. No thermal radiation: High power light-emitting diodes do not emit infrared radiation, and the surface temperature of the irradiated product rises to a minimum. However, the traditional mercury lamp method of ultraviolet curing generally raises the surface temperature of the irradiated product by 40-70 ° C, causing displacement of the product's positioning and resulting in product defects. The UV-LED curing method is most suitable for heat sensitive and high-precision bonding processes such as plastic substrates, lens bonding, electronic products, fiber optic cables, etc.
3. Ultra strong illumination: using LED chips and special optical design, achieving high-precision and high-intensity irradiation of ultraviolet light; The ultraviolet light output reaches an irradiation intensity of 8600mW/m2. By adopting the latest optical technology and manufacturing processes, we have achieved high-intensity output and uniformity that are more optimized than traditional mercury lamp irradiation methods, almost twice the irradiance of traditional mercury lamp irradiation methods. This allows UV agents to cure faster, shortens production time, and significantly improves production efficiency. The traditional mercury lamp method point light source curing machine increases the number of irradiation channels, which results in a decrease in the output energy of a single irradiation channel. And using LED style illumination, each illumination head emits light independently, and the illumination energy is not affected by the increase of channels, always maintaining the maximum value. Due to its highly concentrated illumination, UVLED shortens the irradiation time of operations and improves production efficiency compared to mercury lamps.
4. Low energy consumption: UVLED method has more than 10 times higher effective luminous efficiency than mercury lamp method; At the same time, regardless of whether the mercury lamp is effectively irradiated or not, the mercury lamp needs to be continuously lit, and the power is always in a consumption state. However, the UV LED method only consumes power during irradiation, and the power consumption is almost zero during standby. A simple calculation can be made that the energy saved by each point light source curing machine is 90% less than that of the mercury lamp. Therefore, it can be seen that the annual electricity consumption cost of each unit can be greatly reduced. Moreover, by saving electricity, each unit can indirectly reduce its annual carbon dioxide emissions.
5. Easy installation and space saving: The volume of the LED curing machine is only 1/5 of that of traditional curing machines, making the installation of the equipment simpler and reducing the area occupied by the production site; It can be retrofitted and used on the original traditional UV curing machine.
